PinuProve provides public speaking training, presentation skills coaching, and related educational services. Our services include:

  • In-person and virtual training programs
  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Group workshops and seminars
  • Online educational content and resources
  • Custom corporate training programs

4. Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Pricing

  • All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Payment is required in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if cancelled 7+ days before course start date
  • 50% refund available if cancelled 3-6 days before course start date
  • No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before course start date
  • Course transfers are permitted with 48 hours notice, subject to availability

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Not record sessions without explicit written permission
  • Complete any assigned pre-work or practice exercises
  • Provide feedback honestly and constructively

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All training materials, methodologies, and content provided by PinuProve are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute our materials without permission
  • Use our training methods commercially without licensing
  • Reverse engineer our proprietary techniques

7.2 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used freely without compensation.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. During group sessions, we expect all participants to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others.

9. Disclaimers

Our training is provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific career advancement or financial outcomes
  • Elimination of all speaking anxiety
  • Guaranteed improvement in presentation skills
  • Success in specific speaking engagements

10. Limitation of Liability

PinuProve's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Emotional distress or personal injury
  • Third-party actions or decisions

11. Course Cancellation

11.1 By PinuProve

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment (minimum 3 participants)
  • Instructor illness or emergency
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will provide full refund or course transfer options.

11.2 By Participants

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 5.2.

12. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment. Behavior that may result in dismissal includes:

  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
  • Violation of confidentiality agreements
  • Illegal activity of any nature

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
